I haven't used Komoot as others have suggested, but often plan with OpenStreetMap from a desktop browser (openstreetmap.org and chose the CyclOSM from the layer options on the right)_ It gives you a heap of extra rideable foot paths & stretches that mightn't otherwise be picked up by Google maps for riding options. A classic example of this is where 2 dead end cul-de-sacs or blocked off streets maybe joined by a laneway or footpath.
