I have a domain, I installed nginx-proxy-manager, what am I missing to access my local services from the internet over VPN?

Let's say I want to access my Overseerr instance from the internet. My goal is to go to overseerr.lan.domain.xyz and be redirected to my docker container which is actually 10.0.0.51:9443.

I don't really have a guide but you can have a look at my docker compose files for pihole and wireguard which has notes added with general pitfalls. But most of these things are pretty straight forward or have a clear ui.
