Two programs you could use are FanFanfictionDownloader and Calibre. Calibre is open source so you need the fanficfare plugin. In Calibre you can download in bulk. It might be that way in FFD too but i'm not sure its been awhile since i've used it. Both of these work by copying and pasting the URL.
