InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
I've used a lot of Perl over the years, Mathematica for math stuff, PHP for server-side web stuff, a little bit of Ruby for OOP (I love how flexible it is), Java early on for its universality, SQL for data (which isn't really the same thing), also some C for tougher stuff and I often use the shell to glue together existing programs. Probably others I can't think of off the top of my head. My github may or may not help if you're really curious: https://github.com/barrycarter/bcapps
Many big packages use C code below, e.g. https://github.com/numpy/numpy/tree/main/numpy/core/src/common
