The mean issue with Mutltiband FX-3 is that the phase shifts don't match between the bands. Which means you'll see some dips around the crossover frequencies when you stack a couple of these containers in series. I wrote an up to five band crossover specifically for Bitwig that doesn't have this issue and will give you clean crossovers (with an option to use linear-phse crossovers if you really want to).
