  A simple marked extension template to add inline variables.

Currently, the desired approach is to create a Marked extension, which will allow inline variable declaration (as opposed to, say, entering it into a metadata table). However, this is not a simple thing and currently the development of said extension is not a priority - I've taken a stab at it, albeit with limited success.
