since KDE Connect does not work on Sway, I found wayvnc but I don't know how to make it work. Also I don't know what I should use on my android device.
If you want to do it the other way around, I'd recommend scrcpy; You just enable adb to your phone and run it, then it simply works. Another option would be to find a VNC server for your phone and use a VNC client on your desktop, but I've always found VNC finicky.
