  • The easiest way I've found to acquire them is using github.com/kshcherban/acme-nginx. This script will perform the HTTP challenge that LE uses to verify you own the domain you're trying to get a cert for. It also has a code snippet in its README that shows how to use the cert in your Nginx config.
