blur-my-shell
Extension that adds a blur look to different parts of the GNOME Shell, including the top panel, dash and overview
You can use Transparent Top Bar or Blur my Shell gnome extensions to control the transparency of the top bar. And I used Replace Activities Text extension to replace the Workspaces option with the Pop_Os logo.

The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives.
