There's also apparently an OctoPrint plugin for updating your firmware directly from OctoPrint. I don't use OctoPrint, so I can't tell you how well it works or what sort of feedback it gives.
This GitHub thread suggests that SKR 2s might have an issue with the SD card slot (although it's ~8 months out of date)? So OctoPrint might be your only hope.
