SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
Yeah, Typescript does not get you runtime validation, but that is usually only needed at the boundaries of your app (e.g., API responses, user input.) There are libraries that will help you do this, like io-ts.
The other problem you're noticing is that JSON does not support typechecking/validation. There are other specs that attempt to add it, and libraries that will let you specify schemas like JSON schema
