Stan development repository. The master branch contains the current release. The develop branch contains the latest stable development. See the Developer Process Wiki for details.
I guess you could go that route, but I don't think there's much you could do with that other than simulate the draws. That doesn't have nearly the level of structure as something like a STAN model, for instance.
