  • SurveyJS - Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • jamstack.org

    The official Jamstack site

Basically, Next.js (React) + a headless CMS. Check out https://jamstack.org/

  • CraftCMS

Build bespoke content experiences with Craft. (by craftcms)

I would check out Craft CMS for something like this. Can handle plenty of front-end building methods for templating and can be expanded really easily to handle Membership/Commerce things that are directly built into it. Handles both Static Pages & Blog/Entry type sections really well with built in routing capabilities to handle all of that.

  • SurveyJS

Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.

  • Strapi

🚀 Strapi is the leading open-source headless CMS. It’s 100% JavaScript/TypeScript, fully customizable and developer-first.

    Strapi + Vue or React

  • webiny-js

Open-source serverless enterprise CMS. Includes a headless CMS, page builder, form builder, and file manager. Easy to customize and expand. Deploys to AWS.

Webiny is four applications in one: (1) GraphQL-based Headless CMS, (2) no-code page builder, (3) No-code form builder, and (4) Built-in file manager. It's even easier to host than WordPress (or other comparable solutions) because you can host it on your AWS account. Once you've run the commands to set it up, your users can create the content models, pages and forms they need, upload files or manage users and API keys without your involvement. It's a particularly good fit for very large organizations who need a system that is easily customizable. But it can be used to power small blogs too.
