These are self-explanatory. It means a task will be added to water my succulent plants at midnight on the 1st and 15th of every month (twice a month). A task will be added to pay my American Express bill at midnight on the 18th of every month. And a task will be added to pay my water bill at midnight on the 20th of even months (Feb, April, June, etc..). The action "k-todo" is just a wrapper around a CalDAV commandline tool (this one: https://github.com/tobixen/calendar-cli.git)
