    Not sure how you figure it's sending anything to Russia. Muse Group is headquartered in Cyprus, who is an EU member. Are you confusing it with Ultimate Guitar, a different subsidiary of Muse Group which was started in Kaliningrad? Muse Group also develops MuseScore, a very well respected open-source score editor that collects the same telemetry.
