LibrePhotos - Haven't tried this yet.
PyWigo doesn't seem to have facial recognition. Doesn't look great, IMO.
PhotoPrism - seems great, though I'm not really happy with the facial recognition so far. I have not been hit with a paywall yet, but I heard it is coming. It is also not very fast, even with only 20,000 photos.
