Do you have any reason to believe that it is rigged or did you make that up? There are probably legitimate things to criticize about their methodology and algorithms and they are available for you to look at here and here. So, unless you have a specific criticism about the methodology, you are just pulling stuff out of your ass. Also, if rankings always followed what you believe they should be, then that would defeat the purpose of a standard ranking methodology
