Is this currently possibly in Svelte + Typescript? I found some RFCs and PRs on Github but as a non-user it was sort of hard to tell which stuff was already in Svelte and which stuff was a proposal. This one in particular makes it seem like there's no way to simply forward all event handlers passed to on to the inside of it.
