:mortar_board: Path to a free self-taught education in Computer Science!

  • Fair enough. I'm gonna go against the grain here, but unlike the other voiced opinions I don't think college/uni is the gatekeeper for learning deeper CompSci concepts (Big O, Data Structures, Algos, OOP). There's many moocs, books, videos, free self-paced CS programs (OSSU, TeachYourselfCS, Coding Interview University, a subscription to O'Reilly Learning) and communities that can answer a newbies question i.e discord, reddit, stackoverflow.. being a self taught software dev is totally possible. It's just a matter of time and prioritization.

  • cs-topics

My personal curriculum covering basic CS topics. This might be useful for self-taught developers... A work in development! This might take a very long time to get finished!
