Syntax highlight is a little tricky on windows, 'cause the "best" syntax highlight are provided by nvim-treesitter but I heard is not so great on windows. They seem to work fine on WSL, but that's not really windows. The second best would by to search "vue syntax highlight vim" on the internets and see what's available.
