What I've seen people done on the PG subreddit with regards to emails, is to purchase a custom domain, then have Proton Mail create a custom email domain, or use email cloaking service like AnonAddy or Simple Login. SimpleLogin was purchased by Proton last April so at some point it might have tight integration with Proton Mail. This makes throwaway emails and service specific Emails.
