Hey there, I work at Prisma and we're building a new kind of ORM for Node.js (with a particular focus on TypeScript).
Prisma is used by thousands of developers and in all kinds of technology stacks (Next.js, Remix, Express, NestJS, GraphQL, ...). You can get an overview of some companies using Prisma successfully here. Even up-and-coming devtools and frameworks are build on top of it, such as Redwood (fullstack framework created by GitHub co-founder Tom Preston-Werner), Amplication (low-code dev platform that just raise a $6.6 seed round), Wasp (DSL for fullstack web apps and YC startup) and KeystoneJS (headless CMS).
I would encourage you to give Prisma a try and see how it feels for you, the best way to get started is the Quickstart. We also have more comprehensive tutorials on our blog, e.g. for a fullstack app with Remix or REST API with NestJS. There also are a bunch of ready-to-run examples that you can explore on GitHub.
