Why is there a white bar at the bottom of all sites when Firefox is maximized?

I'm on Windows 10 and use TaskbarX to make the taskbar transparent and SmartTaskbar to hide the taskbar so Firefox can use the empty space, but I was surprised by a row of white pixels at the bottom of my screen where the taskbar usually is.
