Hello! I've been using input remapper (https://github.com/sezanzeb/input-remapper) (previously know as key mapper) for over a year and it does a great job!

Unfortunately Logitech does not offer any applications compatible with Linux. As already mentioned, you can use logiops, which is in the official fedora repo.
