shiori_1.5.3_Windows_x86_64.tar.gz from here: https://github.com/go-shiori/shiori/releases/tag/v1.5.3 2. Extract the Archive file you downloaded. Place the file named 'Shiori' wherever you want. 3. Right click on Shiori file >> Properties >> Copy the address path of the file. Ex, if file is in Documents folder, address would be: C:\Users\YourName\Documents 4. Add this path you copied to $PATH. Open Command Prompt, and type shiori serve If everything has gone well, it will give you some options. Then type shiori migrate 7. Open your browser. Go to: http://localhost:8080 Here, you'll get a login window like this: https://github.com/go-shiori/shiori/blob/master/docs/Usage.md#using-web-interface 8. Login with username: shiori password: gopher and create a new account by going to settings.
