Alright, I'm kicking the tires on Longhorn on a 3-worker-node bare metal cluster and it seems to have some issues unless I'm missing something. On top of the documentation having a few rather large holes in it, I installed 1.3.0 using kubectl per the docs including an ingress for the UI and have been testing various components of it. I also created a test pod with PVC. I modified that yaml so that instead of kind: Pod it is instead kind: Deployment (along with the necessary changes to go Pod -> Deployment).
