  • xdg-desktop-portal

    Desktop integration portal

  • Well here you go : https://github.com/flatpak/xdg-desktop-portal/pull/711

  • Hyprland

Hyprland is a highly customizable dynamic tiling Wayland compositor that doesn't sacrifice on its looks.

  • Best I can do is to tell you to give Hyprland a try.

  • mpv

    🎥 Command line video player

  • I realize people with a lot more knowledge and intuition and wisdom and cleverness than me are pushing the transition from X11 to Wayland, and I trust they have good intentions and maybe even a nice plan. In my own experience (and I'm not alone; there are plenty of people declaring that their shit doesn't work!) the transition to Wayland has been a handful of boot loops, broken packages, searching for workarounds or shims... (Did you know mpv has 1000 command line options, and the right combination of 2 or 3 will get 10bpp color working in Wayland on an Nvidia card? It only took a few hours to figure that one specific software package out.)

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
