I want to try out the Rust coreutils, and since they aren't yet packaged for Fedora, this also seems like the perfect opportunity to get some practice packaging, mostly for my own curiosity but I may end up trying to get it on COPR or even the Fedora repos if everything goes well enough. I've spent most of my morning at work reading through documentation on packaging RPM's, and I'm left with a couple of "best practices" questions:
