    First of all you will want to program a button to toggle drone mode. Than set whatever movemements on controller/joystick to move around the airplane, pitch and roll, up and down etc. I use a free addon from flight sim.to (not sure if you know this place) where people get most of their mods for msfs. This allows you to record your flight than just replay it, it’s not perfect but it works like it’s name suggests.
