Whatever you do, you must stick to a curriculum. Either this, https://fullstackopen.com/en/ or this https://www.theodinproject.com. There are others but these are the best two I found. Do not jump around. Stick to one and go through it. Both of them are free. Put each project you work on on GitHub. You MUST have a GitHub that shows daily contributions.
