Pretty sure ungoogled chromium has less creepy stuff than even librewolf, which is suppose to be like Firefox but more privacy friendly.

That said, firefox/librewolf with temporary containers, containerise, ublock origin, and arkenfox’s user.js has been my go to for a few years now. You’ve got to customise the overrides for user.js quite a bit for it to be usable on a daily basis, but other than that this setup is great.
