If you’re dedicated enough, you could compile The Onion Browser’s source here -> source code to an .IPA and use a paid service like Signulous or a free service like AltStore to sign the .IPA and side load that .IPA onto your device. iOS is a poor decision for any expectation of privacy, but that’s your best bet. I’m stuck on the same boat as you, and this is what I’ve personally done. I’d recommend watching videos on how to use altstore to side load apps and how to compile an .IPA via XCODE.
