InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
Then, to access it (and other services) remotely, you have 2 options: host a VPN (I advise https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-wireguard) and access unsecured services from it (most secure, but a little inconvenient), or host a reverse-proxy (i advise https://nginxproxymanager.com/guide/#quick-setup, it is the simplest way to get started). Lastly, forward a port from your router to the VPN or Nginx, and that's it.
A good way to start is by picking a machine that will host your data (e.g. a physical device like an old computer, a raspberry pi, etc, or a VPS), install Docker on it, and follow instructions to install something like https://hub.docker.com/_/nextcloud.
