I've mentioned this several times on reddit. SS needs to use a proxy server, but I suspect the base station/cameras were not engineered for this. I have separate 4K cameras that only allow one stream at a time. I just use https://github.com/aler9/rtsp-simple-server, so I can have as many connections as I want.
