Links above clearly show that MTProto does not implement it's own encryption algorithms. iOS/OSX MTProto implementation for example just uses wrappers for Apple's CommonCrypto lib/service. Source
I wish they would use something that describes how to reproducibly build, like Nix, instead of just providing a binary build environment that can't be easily verified.
