  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • PhotoGIMP

A Patch for GIMP 2.10+ for Photoshop Users

There are several UI mods to make GIMP look and feel more like PS -- here's one of the more popular.

  • Chocolatey

Chocolatey - the package manager for Windows

Of course, consider that at least 95% of the time the friend you were talking about uses the console for downloading stuff might not be out of necessity, but out of preference. It's perfectly possible for the shell to be more convenient on Linux for things that can be done graphically as easy as on Windows - at some point, it's faster to open a terminal and (for example) pacman -Ss slicer, decide on Cura and sudo pacman -S cura than to look for 3D slicers in a store or browser and install the one you want that way, especially if you're a fast typer. And if I was lying here, people wouldn't use things like Chocolatey on Windows, would they?

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.

  • FMHY

Discontinued /r/FREEMEDIAHECKYEAH [Moved to: https://github.com/fmhy/FMHY] (by nbats)

I would never condone checking out this wiki and also doing what Empty-Size-4873 said, also avoid anything on that site with yellow next to the uploader's name, specifically IGG games is pretty inconsistent from what I've heard

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
