Our great sponsors
  • Klotho - AWS Cloud-aware infrastructure-from-code toolbox [NEW]
  • Appwrite - The Open Source Firebase alternative introduces iOS support
  • InfluxDB - Build time-series-based applications quickly and at scale.
  • Sonar - Write Clean JavaScript Code. Always.
  • blocktube

    YouTube™ content blocker

BlockTube lets you hide comments, videos, and I think even chats by keyword. It's still being maintained and at this point in time you can even block YouTube's trending page. Chrome Firefox Github

  • Reddit-Enhancement-Suite

    Reddit Enhancement Suite

One last thing. It's not an extension but if you've got the Apollo Reddit app on IOS, you can filter out subreddits. You can do the same using Reddit Enhancement Suite (RES) extension on desktop. Reddit Enhancement Suite (RES) Homepage

  • Klotho

AWS Cloud-aware infrastructure-from-code toolbox [NEW]. Build cloud backends with Infrastructure-from-Code (IfC), a revolutionary technique for generating and updating cloud infrastructure. Try IfC with AWS and Klotho now (Now open-source)

  • remove-youtube-suggestions

A browser extension that removes YouTube suggestions, comments, shorts, and more

Remove YouTube's Suggestions well, does as the name implies. You can completely nuke your YouTube UI. So no more reccomended videos, end of video grids, search bar reccomendations, none of it. This is also still being maintained by its creator, Lawrence Hook, and it actually got an update as recently as of 5 days ago. Unfortunately it's exclusive to Firefox for now. Firefox Github

  • betterttv

BetterTTV enhances Twitch with new features, emotes, and more.

It's also worth noting you can block whispers from strangers through Twitch's settings. Not sure if that's overkill but hey, you never know. BetterTTV Homepage

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
