Just type winget list to list all apps, pick some to uninstall, then winget uninstall appname. I don't think it's installed by default on Windows 10 at the moment (only on Windows 11 IIRC), but you can download it here to install it yourself: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/releases (download and install the msixbundle).
