Yet Another Dotfiles Manager
A tool like YADM will let you combine the dotfiles part with a bootstrap script. If you write this script right, you could make the whole thing automated, or almost so (logging into GitHub to provide your SSH key seems unavoidable, but you could clone over HTTPS and then reconfigure it later programmatically?)
