If by sync you mean sending files like airdrop then there's no easy way. You can use https://snapdrop.net but you need to open the website on both devices. You can send it to yourself via telegram, WhatsApp, etc. If you absolutely need speed of transfer then you need apps that create hotspot to do direct wifi sharing like Xender

For files, I use SyncThing
