As to the problem with the number of recognized people, i have no quick fix for that. You can either go to the community chat and ask some question that might help, or better yet, write up some details (for example what was found, what wasn't, are there any logs, what expectaion wasn't fullfilled) and then open a new issue. The discussions page on github might also be of help for you.
