How to extend an existing interface (URLSearchParams) so that I can alter and constrain it's constructor signature to only accept certain type of my choice.

Here is the deal. I can define a requestData (or sampleData1 in the example above) object beforehand and pass it along with the request and it would work. However, what I would like to do instead is create my own type/interface based of the type definition from URLSearchParams (which is actually coming from the package @types/node.)
