Personal biometric tracking data in the hands of corporations (subsequently sold to gov'ts and 3rd parties) is unnecessarily invasive to one's privacy. Instead, use open source software/hardware (example) to track biometrics so that you own your own data which can't be sold. There a few different projects working on smart watches. There's also open source voice assistants in development along with a lot of other tech. The big tech monopoly on every aspect of our lives is going to backfire, if it hasn't already. It's best to support alternative tech, even if it's inferior to Apple and Google.
