    Python IDE for beginners

You might consider installing Thonny. It's a Python IDE designed for learning, *great* for beginners, and has Python self-contained inside of it, meaning you just need to click the icon and all of the tools that you will need -- REPL, code editor, debugger -- are in one place. I know PCC uses Sublime Text, but you should still be able to do everything in the book.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
