    https://github.com/MaxLeiter/sortablejs-vue3 seems promising but I had a lot of issues, particularly with nested draggables. I also was not alone, so I decided to build this. It's a light-weight type-safe wrapper for Sortable that works with Vue 3 (without any __OPTIONS_API__ business) and supports every Sortable prop/option. I hope this saves someone more time than I spent looking for it...
