Our great sponsors
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • logseq

A local-first, non-linear, outliner notebook for organizing and sharing your personal knowledge base. Use it to organize your todo list, to write your journals, or to record your unique life.

  • Logseq - note-taking app!

  • ONLYOFFICE

ONLYOFFICE Docs is a free collaborative online office suite comprising viewers and editors for texts, spreadsheets and presentations, forms and PDF, fully compatible with Office Open XML formats: .docx, .xlsx, .pptx and enabling collaborative editing in real time.

  • ONLYOFFICE: OnlyOffice is great because it looks like Microsoft Office. So Microsoft Office users might be most at home with OO. OnlyOffice is great for when you need to work with a team and host your documents online, but it will also work locally on your computer. OO is free and you can download a copy of it on Windows before you even switch to Linux.

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.

  • LibreOffice

Read-only LibreOffice core repo - no pull request (use gerrit instead https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/) - don't download zip, use https://dev-www.libreoffice.org/bundles/ instead (by LibreOffice)

  • LIBREOFFICE: LibreOffice is great because it's foundation fights against vendor lock-in. Like for example, there was a software Apple used to make called, "AppleWorks." And all of a sudden, it was discontinued and Apple did not offer a way to convert the old documents to the new "iWork." So, it was LibreOffice to the rescue. It wasn't a perfect translation, but it was enough for people to recreate their older documents. And with LO, you can change the interface to look and feel like Windows if you wish. I've been using LO exclusively for years, and it's been working fine. LibreOffice is free, and it works on Linux and Mac.

  • firefox-gnome-theme
