How did you compile mediapipe? I am not familiar with it, but it's referring to .so file which means it probably contains C/C++ code. To do that you need a python-for-android build recipe; opencv works because it has one. But there isn't one for mediapipe, and thus, unless you made (or obtained) a recipe it will not work.
