  Tampermonkey is the most popular userscript manager, with over 10 million users. It's available for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera Next, and Firefox.

  

The only thing I don't like about TM is this:

  Violentmonkey provides userscripts support for browsers. It works on browsers with WebExtensions support.

  

I liked its features better back when I used it but until/unless this goes back to being open-source, I'll keep using Violent Monkey instead (github)
