There's questions about Stitches long-term support, after the main dev left it's only had minimal maintenance. Also the React team doesn't recommend CSS-in-JS if you want to use React 18 features and Stitches doesn't support static extraction.
I typically use React-bootstrap because for simple projects it's easy to use.
I've also played around with Base which has much more flexibility but takes a little more work to use.
I like to use CSS Modules + Tailwind + HeadlessUI Look at the Next.js commerce repo where they use CSS Modules + Tailwind
