If you find something lacking, just cheat and search npm for the library. I started on writing TS, and an asp.net webapi a year and half ago with zero experience in either. My previous experience was vb6 and sql server. I think if you have experience you wouldn't have that horrible learning curve I did. This is an example of what could be done.
